Sometimes I cry a little ... and then i wait for the sun to come out. It always does.
Try distracting yourself maybe? Read a book or watch tv to get your mind off things. Or call a close friend that you feel comfortable with ... write in a journal or post on here about how you are feeling. The important thing is not to let it build up inside of you ... it will only end up fueling you more.
I understand and sympathize what you are going through as i have been there myself many a time.
