Yea and without benzos I would have been dead. But at least dead and healthy.

(There is a much, much stronger link between antihistamines and dementia compared to benzos. Antihistamines are touted as safe and are often used instead as a safe alternative to benzos. Antihistamines are for example Benadryl and Vistaril.)
