Is there any sort of prop you can bring to keep your hands busy to make the shaking less noticeable? I also get shaky legs/hands and it can be very very embarassing if I am in a social situation. I find that having a prop of sorts (jewelry, a book, ANYTHING) to grasp on to detracts from my hands and lets me grip it and move it around. Not only does it occupy my mind but it also minimizes the shaking.
