If the mental health workers felt your son was unsafe due to your delusions, then they would inform CPS to investigate.

I really think you need to talk to your doctor about your delusions. If you could get in the right combination and are managing the Schizophrenia symptoms, then you have a chance to get your son back. But the more you allow these delusions to control you, the longer it will take.

I have a friend who has paranoid Schizophrenia. He's one of the most awesome guys I've ever met. Once he got on the right meds, his life immensely improved. He's now married and has a son. He's very happy now. You can be too, but you need to stop giving in to your delusions. You know they don't make sense.
