Hi Perna

Thanks for sharing. I am happy that your pain is manageable now. I attended Curves for a year and whilst I am not sorry for the experience, it turned out not to be my style at all. Plus, I didn't lose any weight as I hit rock bottom with my binging. Now that I have that under control (for the most part), and with the exercise, I am so eager to see some results.

Now, whislt I have been moaning here that I don't see any results (and my measurements are truly still the same), I am happy to say that I wore a pair of pants yesterday that I have not been able to fit into for many months. My muscles are definitely changing and I am starting to firm up. It is slow, but it is there! I have some severe issues with my body but I am feeling better about myself physically than I have in a long long time.

And I can also positively say that my endurance and stamina are slowly increasing.

I was ill this last week and stayed away from the gym so as not to overload my body!

Oh, and yes, fortunately I do drink plenty of water. Sometimes up to 3L a day. I have never worked it out according to what I weight though - I'm sure the answer will be pretty interesting!

Thanks again and good luck with starting Curves again!
