i need to start learning how to deal with my panic attacks better. im really in a very very very low spot right now with panic attacks. i couldnt even read right now an article by NAMI about panic attacks because i was triggered with anxiety.
does anyone have any alternative ideas to dealing with panic attacks or anxiety? other than like calming music or something? mine is pretty severe and right now its just not good.
