Look up mindfullness, read about it a bit and try some guided mindfulness meditation videos on youtube. You can do that in either order depending on your levels of stress right now. Mindfullness has really helped me with my anxiety and you can do it in all different situations, it's not all about sitting around in a quiet room meditating with nice music. There's so much to it.
