I just let myself have one and take my anxiety medicine right away because I know I can't make it stop and it's going to happen regardless of what I so. I make sure to remind myself that I've taken my medicine and it will calm me down and everything will be okay soon. Just hold on. And I just tell myself that until my meds start kicking in and I start to calm down.

I'm sorry I'm not much of advice. I hate getting so anxious that I throw up. It's the worst.
