My P-doc is considering switching me from Xanax to Klonopin. I only take one or two .5 mg Xanax a day, down from two to three.

He believes that I might be better served by the Klonopin since it stays in my body longer. But I am concerned because it doesn't act as fast as the Xanax, and because I hear these horror stories about Klonopin withdrawl.
