today i tried councilling again, diferant surgary diferant today i tried counseling again, different surgery different counselor, not what sure what to expect , first question what do i want to get out of counseling, she got me to fill out this form a bit similar to some of the quizzes here not sure what they determine from the score or the answers,
gave brief description on what stresses i have at moment and what happened in past, very quick appointment not even 30 mins, so she asked me how i found the session, well i hadn't been in there for long and then it was over before anything had really started
so i don't really know how it went not sure if it will help but I'm going to give it a try
