it's hard to say that it's "good" news, but Josh's assignment has been changed for Iraq. he will be 25 miles from Baghdad now and is in charge of a unit that keeps the tanks running.

the unit commander realized that he didn't have anyone else with Josh's expertise and changed his role.

i feel so sorry for him, he's been in this unit a week and a half.....knows no one.......doesn't know how they will react in an emergency.....they know one another and he is so shy that he doesn't make friends easily.....

i went up for the weekend and we cleared out the LR and most of the bedroom....putting stuff away and re=arranging furniture.....the house is fantastic and will really shine when everything is unpacked and stored......(one closet...built in 1910)
