Maybe you could go to your local community college and use DARS there for 60 credits. Then find a university that you can transfer all your credits over there. Once that's done, file for federal financial aid and get the other 60 credits. My community college had a program where you take all your main courses there so you can take most of the fun interesting classes at the university. They might have a program like that at your community college.
