Real DBT groups are expensive because you have group plus an individual T on call 24/7. No real DBT groups in my area accepts insurance. Well one at the hospital accepts Medicare, but I don't know if it's real or modified.

I'll have to check on the county health clinic...I am a patient at the one in my area. I had no idea that the real DBT groups offered a t on call 24/7. Gosh, no wonder it is so much. Sounds like things could get real intense if the t is on call like that.
