The one that was a bit hard for me to answer was the widow one. Even though the husband is dead, the widow's sister could marry him, and since marriage is a team effort he will be marrying her. It depends on the laws of a particular place.
The man could have also faked his death or just left his wife for her sister. It did not say that the man was actually dead.

You can't legally marry dead people.
It said "widow", so simply leaving his wife for someone else wouldn't make her a widow.
If he faking his death, as pretending to be dead, he can't sign marriage lisence hence can't marry anyone
