My friend has fallen in love with a Nigerian scammer from plenty of fish.....I'm super creeped out. I don't know what's going to happen...

This is the guy....she supposedly met him in life a couple of times but she has issues with face recognition and I'm wondering if it might not be the guy.....I'm assuming not. What are the odds that she met the actual identity theft victim Instead of one of the many scammers.

I'm so upset for her but also don't know what to do....I just wanted to share this with someone......
