This is the guy....she supposedly met him in life a couple of times but she has issues with face recognition and I'm wondering if it might not be the guy.....I'm assuming not. What are the odds that she met the actual identity theft victim Instead of one of the many scammers.

sounds rly fishy... the broken english and stuff. ive seen a lot of dr phil episodes about stuff like this. women get completely blinded by the prospect of love and fall for these scammers. its sad. i hope your friend realizes this. i also hope she doesnt send him any money
