I don't smoke but I know people who do. What I know about it is that it's powerfully addictive and hard to quit. It's somewhat comforting to feel that nicotine goodness throughout your body but at the same time it can be repulsive.

My kid brother who smokes once tried Chantix but didn't do it right and still is smoking. He thought you had to quit when you started taking the pills and soon realized he was supposed to smoke the first week of taking them and then stop the second week.

He said he also had vivid dreams while on it so be aware of that.
