Good morning guys, and thanks to everyone for the hugs. I'm getting a bit sore, and I did find one bruise on my arm. But overall I'm good. The sous chef reported it to the head chef. Thankfully I didn't have to do any paperwork. I hate paperwork. I feel weird because I don't want people to think of me as, "that person who fell." I'd prefer that they remember me as, "that person who survived being attacked by a microwave."

I hope everyone's day is better today. I was saddened that so many had been having such crummy days.
