I don't know. I'm sure there is an alternative & somebody with knowledge will respond. Just wanted to let you know, I appreciated your comment on this & empathize! Used to have my worst panic attacks in super markets with those wretched, flickering lights so very high up above. Took me about 5 years into the PTSD to realize it wasn't simple "agoraphobia" as diagnosed, but that those lights brought it on. It does matter & you need something soothing in your own home.
