I hear you and I think I can help too. The first thing is that it can be hugely helpful to understand how depression is actually working in your own head. These notes will provide an explanation as to WHY you feel the way you do and will provide something that you can do about it:

Notice that there are lots of things that you can try yourself to help depression and these are mostly just great for your health in general anyway. You've got nothing to lose by trying and these often work better than the generic "meds + therapy" approach.
If you haven't done it, though, I still always recommend seeing your regular M.D. to check for purely medical or nutritional issues. If you have hypothyroidism, for instance, you're going to feel tired all the time almost no matter what you do.
