Congrats newtus!

I won't be able to go to group today, my anxiety is so bad it's giving me diarrhea and I don't feel well enough to go. It doesn't disappoint me, but I hate missing days of things, I hate calling in for work or calling in for things if I can't go. This is my first time missing IOP but whatever.
I don't feel as hopeless today as I did yesterday.
