I think youre absolutely right, I may have to give it a try. When im depressed I have to drink at least 3 cups of coffee throughout the day just to make it thru..but am left with feeling some jitters which exacerbates my anxiety. Ill research more but can u tell me first hand if it makes you jittery at all? I understand its a naturally occuring chemical in the body but wondered if theres any kind of side affect like that for you? Thank you, and to clarify I wasnt being a smarta** and telling u something u already know..was just saying thats prob why u dont see mmluch of it around here...that and also i have actually never heard of it before
