It sounds like you have identified your problem. You might want to break a large project down into smaller ones and on a pocket calendar mark down when each step should be complete. After you complete a step, give yourself a reward (something you like that is healthy to do). If you miss one of your deadlines, just extend it out an extra day and complete it. A project should be easier to complete if you break it down into smaller ones. Maybe make yourself a list of your strengths and weaknesses. Work on your weaknesses while your looking for a job. As you improve on tasks you have difficulty with, it should help your confidence level for getting the job that is waiting for you out there. I wish you much success in finding your career.
