I was diagnosed with BPD late last year and have been going to DBT for about 13 weeks (actually Im supposed to be there right now, but Im playing hooky) Im just wondering if anyone has actually found it helpful????
Im finding that its just dredging up negative feelings and some of the suggested ways to cope are unrealistic and even make u feel worse.
Seriously considering quitting.
Just needed to vent.
