I self harmed tonight by scratching down below
i am in a female body
i keep doing it as i have no other way to self injure as my husband has thrown all the blades etc out and he says he isnt getting them anymore

my husband knows i scratch down there but he doesn't know av done it tonight as he is in bed at its 2.46 am here i cant sleep at the moment
i dont know how bad it is my nails arent that long
i cant clean it by myself so my husband will be pissed as he has to help me clean it and he will have a go at me for it
