SometimesP is right... psychosis can be caused by a head injury so I wouldn't take too much offence at it being brought up by your therapist.

I'm curious as to what follow up you had after your MRI... it would certainly seem you should be bringing up your hallucinations & other symptoms with a neurologist or something. I would also say it would be worth mentioning to your therapist too.
