You did the right thing. Better to not have them come back at a later time to find out you never said anything. Ironically, I have the exact opposite problem and am trying to collect back pay for the last few months. My company didn't pay me the full hourly amount on my checks. (to the tune of .80 per hour...for me, that sucks, and it adds up)
