Wow I just literally got put on this yesterday. 1-2 pills a night to help me sleep at 25 mg each. I took one and still same insomnia. Took the second about an hour later might of looked at the clock once or twice then I'm reaching for the alarm, it knocked me out and I was glad to finally get some sleep.
