Before I had my IUD put in, I had a period with such strong cramping that it woke me up out of a sound sleep, and I am a very sound sleeper. The period lasted a couple of days, as was the norm for me, and wasn't any heavier than usual.

Since I have had the IUD put in, my periods have stopped all together and I no longer have any issues with cramping. I am just curious if any of you have experienced severe cramping before and how you cope. I am planning on going to see my Gynecologist soon l, should I bring this up? Is it something I should even worry about?
