my therapist wants me to keep journaling my anxiety too.whenever I am having an anxiety attack I write down until I see her next month for counseling . it is not hard at all .just get a notebook or you can get fancy and do what I do for my journaling get one those fancier books from the drug store or card shop . just put the date on the top and just write away . not hard at all .
Diagnosis: Anxiety and depression
meds : Cymbalta 60 mgs at night
Vistaril 25 mgs 2 x daily for anxiety prn
50 mgs at night for insomnia
