Ive heard of people having these thoughts ive had them myself and it's dangerous you could hurt yourself or someone else since the feelings will become more intense i would talk to your therapist and maybe a simple change of meds is all that is needed or they can help you figure out were the source of the problem is and how you can cope.i wouldn't worry about being about being admitted to much though there's a slight chance theyll suggest it but they can't force you .but id definitely set up an appointment then if you want tell us all how it went
