My Mom and I don't speak on the phone often. When she does call, she isn't sober. We text a little bit but that is frustrating too, as she types gibberish! And then I just don't reply. She also likes to text absolute nonsense, for e.g. "silieo038@@ " at 3 in the morning.

She is moving closer to me in a few months time so I will get to see her a bit more often. So that is good.
