i am struggling with the same issues.......i swear i will die without carbs and sugar......i was sick all of july with stomach issues and just saw a specialist as well as a nutritionist. she told me the referral was for weight loss which offended me because the issue was my stomach issues. i know i dont eat healthy and i agreed to go to learn how to eat better, not because i was fat. i have long been working on eating better very slowly but my main issue is bingeing on junk. i dont eat all day and then eat nonstop at night. a box of ice cream bars, 1/2 a bag of caramels........i just cant stop myself. so i am working on eating healthier stuff when i binge. what sweet healthy things can i eat. i find the dannon light and fit greek yogurts are good and i add fruit to them and kashi cereal. the chocolate diet shakes. i have a custard powder i bought so i make custard with splenda and nonfat milk so i get my sweet with only the calories of the milk. today i am going to look into the sugar free chocolate and see if that is an option. the nutritionist gave me a snack list and it is all fruits and i am thinking how is that snacks? that isnt snacks, where are the sweets? is she nuts? LOL
