I just wish I had a solution. Mine presented itself in her passing which is not the way one would wish such things go. What's interesting tho is that it seemed a giant sigh of relief was released. Her web of control and bullying was spread far and wide. I was in my 40s before I finally had relationships with my father and brother - both freely admit to having stood idly by while she tormented me. Both have suggested her control affected their own relationships particularly me.
