Could a delusion or over stated idea relate to another person,eg building up the belief that another person is one's "boyfriend" or " girlfriend" when others can see that's plainly not the case ie that it's obvious that the person who is the object of the attraction doesn't feel the same way ? I'm worried this could lead to real problems when the truth hits home.
