i can only begin to imagine what it's like it must feel like you have wasted so much time trying to understand yourself but remember it is a good learning experience. Everyone lives their life differently so who is to say you are wasting your life, if you compare your life to others it will seem that way. That famous phrase "live fast die young" seems kinda relevant right now. I think you should be happy with how far you have come and take every negative and turn it into a positive.
