Yeah you're bang on. I wouldn't be surprised if my doctor just stopped prescribing it. I reckon I'm psychologically addicted to it at the moment though I don't take it every night. I just feel like I don't get a proper rest if I don't take it, and toss and turn all night. That's probably the rebound insomnia, I'm 26 and in good health I shouldn't really have long term insomnia and shouldn't be on sleeping pills in the first place but how and ever, I wasn't complaining.
