I don't mind you asking at all, no, but continuing with the theme of the day, I wrote out a whole long post and submitted it and got a Token Expired error and lost it all.
For me it is more along the lines of noticing every tiny mistake and then putting myself down for it and apologizing to anyone who will listen. It's very tiresome to me and everyone else but I seem unable to stop doing it. All I end up doing is thinking about all my mistakes all day and feeling terrible about myself.
In fact, I think I am changing my answer to the OP to the paragraph above. I'm in the midst of a mixed/mostly depressed cycle right now so it's related to that too but I don't really know the actual source of this behaviour.
