The hip bone connected to the heal bone

Amazing how one thing can affect another....

I used to wear earth shoes too until they started raising havoc with my achilles tendon. Oh my, how I would be in agony all the way up to behind my knee when that was bothered. Swelling, pain, couldn't walk, threw my hips out and my back. Now I have to wear heal inserts so the tendon stays quiet.....gosh it stinks getting older! LOL
