I haven't posted in a while from too much busyness and getting burned out from all the busyness of spring and parents health problems.
I haven't been loosing any more weight. I'm just hanging between 119 and 120 average.
I know I won't be able to stay this thin forever (unless I like die right now, of course). I concider myself to be artificially thin for the constant working out effort and watching my diet to stay this way. I guess I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts.
I do eat 3 times a day 90% of the time but still skimp out on my days off and sometimes just have a cup of oat meal using apple juice and sports drinks instead of water. If interested, fill a coffee cup 1/2 way with oat meal and then pour apple juice in it till it is 3/4 full. Put it in the micro wave for 2 min but watch it the last minute. When it starts to boil or heap up over the rim, stop the microwave. It's done. Grab a spoon, mix a tad and eat. No sugar needed and it's appley sweet. Add cinimon if you'd like. Grape juice is a little tart if you like tart. Sports drinks are good for the different flavors but those usually contain fruitose.
Otherwise I'm doing fine though.
