hey just checking in been doing ok had a lot of company at my house for about 1 week. what a week. well all and all is going pretty much ok started eating better and taking a suplment to help with my tiredness and moods. it seems to be helping. it been awhile since i could hold my head up and say actual feeling ok. cut back on smoking alot. not quit yet but coming close to it. listing to more music lately usualy don't listen to music if i feel sad or super depressed. directions hope you are doing better. tucker have missed you and you to dreamrunner. to the rest of you thanks for reading and coments welcome. glad to know you. summer is almost at an end and my bday is comming up soon turning...... well older. just say older.haha feel good about it though i actualy don't get bothered by birthdays the way some ppl do. i am at peace with my age. now if i could just be at peace with the world in general ie kids hubby parents friends and so on. well said all i have to say. keep it real.
