I think that's part of the problem, I think it's very dull and it's hard for me to see a point in doing it. I've been able to keep up with it for 5 days now and I've found that it helps to carry the journal with me at all times. Trying to remember my whole day at night is just not possible so I try to write things down when I think of them. Still waiting to see how long this lasts
