Is 187.5 mg 2.5 75 mg pills? If it is, and this happens again, you can always take a half dose.

What generally happens with me is that I have no clue that I missed a dose or doubled a dose until I wake up the next morning. I'd have to say that a doubled dose is worse, if you're talking about a full double dose.

When I took Effexor, it was 375 mg (high dose because it was also for fibromyalgia pain) and a couple of times I accidentally took two doses in the evening. That's what - 750 mg? Enough to cause high blood pressure and a horrible headache.

I have a 7-day pill container but it's not filled right now. Bad habit. I know I need to fill it because taking the meds becomes a muscle memory, and I'm thinking about what I'm going to do next while I'm actually taking them, so I'm often left with no memory of whether or not I took them. Lately I'm doing the "line up the pill bottles" (4 of them) trick.

If I thought I could get by without prescription antidepressants, I would totally do it and try things like sam-E and 5-HTP and EFA (essential fatty acids) and folate and vitamin D and all those vitamin and mineral supplements that are recommended for combating depression. I'm already doing quite a bit of the food stuff specifically recommended for depression and am just now starting yoga again. Oh, I'd do acupuncture, too, especially for anxiety. Also massage.

(I can't afford the supplements or acupuncture or massage.) I'm unfortunately stuck with what my health insurance covers for now.
Thanks for this!
Rand.
