Okay so I'm in BC Canada anf I know some things are different from country to country. But I was wondering if you've ever contacted a crisis line or team about SH what happened? How bad was urges or the injury? Do they call EMS or admit you to Psych?

I don't want to be too graphic as can cause trigger but I feel I HAVE to cut and cut badly. But I don't want to get EMS called or admitted into the psych ward for that.
