I have lupus a form of MS fibro seizures and the list goes on. I should have a medical alert bracelet but don't.

I went into the ER and could not breath I was lucky that I had a list of my meds with me but you never know what could happen. A flash drive is an awesome idea. I don't know if it will always work but it's better then nothing.

I think anyone on strong meds for something or has seizures etc should happen some type of jewelry just to be safe
