My diagnosis is ptsd. I feel panic and anxiety a lot. I have been working for about 10 years. Honestly I feel like I wish I could just collect disability it's been so bad recently.
On the brighter side I think you definitally can do it. Perhaps you can start small like a part time job. Also certain jobs are definitally lower stress than others. Try for something that's low key and less intimitating. You'll be nervous at first certainly, but the more you do it the better you'll feel. Your confidence will in prove too.
Also try to reframe the whole idea. Try to make it exciting and happy not terrifying drudgery. Does that make any sense?
