Im worried found my old therapist on Facebook and I really want to talk to them but what if they don't want to talk to me? They haven't responded to my friend request and i know it has only been a day but still i worry this will be the same experience i had with a therapist a long time ago who i called after ending with her and she said she couldn't legally talk to me since i wasn't her client anymore .
