That doesn't sound like a healthy environment to be working in. I am sorry your community did that to you, I don't see the logic behind it but either way I am so sorry!

Congrats on starting school up again! Perhaps that will be your path to a new job and community of people who will accept you for who you are and where you come from.

Your description of your feelings reminds me of my own breakdown moments. In these situations, relaxation is priority. Take a bubble bath, read a book, try out a new recipe for yourself, make a hot cup of tea, dig in deep into one of your favorite hobbies. Personally I indulge in some HGTV and Candy Crush. Just focus your thoughts on something else. I still have the feelings when doing these things, but eventually I get distracted long enough to truly relax for a moment in time. May work for you too.

That's my best advice. If you need someone to talk to, there are so many community members here who understand and are there. I wish the best for you during this time!
