I go thru the same-thing most everyday. I bought the loudest clock I could find, set it across the room. So I have to get up and turn the damn thing off. Once I realize I'm vertical, its not so bad. So I work my on down the hall etc.

Baby steps, all about moment-moment.... We won't let you fall.........
