I have a son a little younger then you that struggles. I remember being like you stuggling. I stayed in in-school suspension until I dropped out. NJ has public
virtual school. It'll let you catch up and graduate on time. They didn't have anything like that when I got my GED. Getting a GED or Graduating is the most important job you have.
Besides keeping yourself alive. which is extremely hard at times.
You have a heads up. You know what you're dealing with. Do you have a child therapist? is there an intensive out patient program for kids in your area? How often do you see your psychiatrist? I know you don't attend school but can you do a community sport, hang out at a community center, library, co-op, volunteer, just something to get out of the house and give both you and your mom a break?
Bed at 11 pm no matter what take yourself to bed. Sleep is crucial for us. Meds are difficult. If you learn what will aggravate you and how to pre-empt it you'll be on less meds. Taking the meds on time is just as important. What meds / doses are you on?
